In the last couple of years I went all over the world, from Europe to Costa Rica, Miami, Bali to Australia to New Zealand, back to Europe to Brazil,… and aside from that I used to be a flight attendant.
I’ve been on many many long flights so had no other option than finding a way on ‘how to stay healthy on a long flight’.
So I’ve decided to share all my tips and take YOU with me on my flight from Brazil to Barcelona!
