Return / Exhange policy
What if the product does not fit or if I don’t like it?
We hope that you love everything you buy from ‘www.farahinthesun.com’. In general, we only accept returns if the product is not as described, see question above. However, for some products* or clothing we do accept returns and refund the item you are unhappy with if you return it in a sealable condition within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
When returning items to us, please do not remove any labels or tags. We recommend you re-using the postage bag that you received your order in. You can simply turn the postage bag inside out and use this to send your returns/exchanges back to us.
If you are unsure of your size, please drop us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you select the perfect size for your body shape / size.
Postage costs for all returns / exchanges must be paid for the customer. If you wish to EXCHANGE your swimwear size / style we are happy to send your new items to you at no extra cost (we will pay the postage fees for the re-delivery of your new items).
*Please Note: It will be mentioned in the product description if we accept the item for return. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on any sale / special offer orders.
What if the product is not as described?
We try to give a complete description of each and every product. However it may happen that a production mistake occurs. We try the best as we can to prevent this and a happy customer is for us high priority. Keep the packaging intact and contact email@example.com
