Chia seeds are awesome and chia seed pudding even more! They are tiny but have real super powers. Add any type of liquid and wait 15 minutes to see the magic happen. They swell and absorb up to 12 times its weight. They keep you full for a long time and help with weight loss. Chia seeds don’t only give you a flat belly but are also great for a good digestion, clear skin, stronger muscles, hydration and so much more.
Chia seed pudding has amazing benefits and you top it up with even more goodness. It’s super easy to make and the variations are endless. You can make a big batch and add various toppings every day or put it in a container and take it to work.
Here is my favorite vegan chia seed pudding recipe I’d love to share with you.
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1/2 Almond milk
Optional toppings (add your favourite nuts, seeds and fruit)
Agave syrup / honey
– Mix chia seeds, coconut and almond milk together
– Stir every 5 mins. Do this minimum 3 or 4 times so they don’t stick together
– Leave in the fridge overnight
– Add toppings
